We are pleased to be working with Flair to help measure and track our levels of racial inclusion and awareness.
The education system plays an integral role in the attainment of racial equality. Flair will be helping us gather in-depth insights from our pupil and staff body on a broad scope of racial issues. They will then provide us with data-driven insights and important feedback on the key areas of strength and weakness that exist within our community.
There are several stages to this process:
Step 1: Flair have conducted an independent, anonymous survey, uncovering levels of racial inclusion and awareness within the school.
Step 2: We will then be presented with a summary of the key findings and recommended actions based on the survey responses. This will summarise our strengths, concerns and suggested actions moving forward.
Step 3: We will then be able to review and track our progress over time.
